  1. Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
    Yes, if your order is in the "Pending" mode it can be cancelled, but once an order is in the "Processing" mode it is difficult to stop the order because it may be packed and sent to the carrier.  You may return any item within 20 days and receive a full refund less return shipping. (We pay return shipping if we make a mistake.)  We recommend you do not order until you are positive you want to complete the order because we may not see the cancellation request until the order is processing.  Generally, online fragrance purchasing is most successful when customers are familier with the particular fragrance they want to purchase and can wait 4 to 8 days for delivery.

  2. Can I Track My Shipment?
    Yes, once your order is shipped you can select "Order Tracking" on our website.  Email us if you have any problems with tracking.

  3. I don't have a PayPal account, can I still buy from this site?

    YES. You can pay on our site with, or without, a PayPal account. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout.  If you do not have a PayPal account then follow these instructions: Complete the order process throught the confirmation page until you reach the PayPal payment page. (When asked for payment method on the PayPal payment page, select 'continue' at the left side of the page at "Don't have a Paypal account", then follow the instructions. Credit cards excepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or e-check from your bank account.) If you do have a Paypal account, log in to your account and pay by the method of your choice. The Paypal checkout service is a secure payment system secured by Verisign. Your financial information is never seen by us.  During checkout, your information is transmitted to PayPal Merchant Service only.  Note: There could be a 2-3 day delay in payment processing with some methods of PayPal payments (e-checks), while funds are being transferred and/or your account verified.  This will result in a subsequent delay in your order processing time.  We will notify you by e-mail when the funds have cleared, and the order is shipped.  Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders. Due to potential fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel any order and return funds to the account debited.

    Shipments to P.O. boxes, or shipments to addresses different from the billing address may delay processing for payment verification.

  4. Why Don't You Have a Telephone Number For Contact?
    We try to hold our costs at a low level, so we can pass the savings to our customers.  Telephone service has advantages which some customers value and we understand this, but having telephone service adds cost, so we use email as our method of communication. We also find advantages in having requests and comments in writing so we can refer to them as needed. We know some people don't trust email only, but we believe you will be satisfied with our email response. We will respond to questions or comments the same day received.  If you are not getting emails from us , then your mail is blocking our messages as spam.  Email us if you do not get a message after an order.  Messages are automatically sent on every order, so if you didn't get one your mail system has blocked it.

  5. Why doesn't the product picture always match the product description?

    Please use the description of the product when making your selection.  Most of our pictures represent the product described, but some pictures used in powders, lotions, giftsets and skincare will have a photo of a manufacturer's brand fragrance and not the specific product.  Therefore, is is important to use the product description, not the picture, in your product selection.  If you have any questions about a product, please email us prior to ordering.

  6. Do I need to create an account to order?
    No. You can order by filling out the billing and shipping information while checking out. We recommend registering as a customer to gain access to prior orders, etc. We do not spam our customers with unwanted emails nor do we divulge any information to anyone else. Registering will not result in any unwanted contact. We respect our customer's privacy.

  7. What Countries Do You Ship to?
    Our shipping is to the USA and Canada.
    We ship to other countries on an individual basis. Please contact us by e-mail with your product list, plus the destination country, and we will contact you by e-mail.

  8. Do you accept returns?

    (PLEASE CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO RETURNING A PRODUCT) We accept returns on fragrances within 20 days of shipment, provided the product has not been used. We do not accept returns on makeup and skincare, due to health concerns, so please choose carefully. We will gladly except returns on items that arrived damaged.  Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days after receiving your order.  The items must be returned in proper packaging to insure delivery by the postal service.  Please note that is possible the photo representation of the products may occcasionally be slighty in error. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description. Return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer unless we made an error. Please contact us for information needed to return an item, including product description, or if you have specific questions about our policies.  As stated in the cancellation policy, our system is configured to automatically process orders.  We ask that you place your order only after you are certain that you are committed to completing the order process. 

    If there is something about your transaction you are not satisfied with, let us know.  We will work to help make your purchase successful.  We know our business will not succeed without satisfied customers who return again and again!

  9. How Much Do You Charge For Shipping & How Long For Delivery?

    Shipping is $3.95 for U.S. standard shipping flat rate or $13.95 + $1.75 per additional item for expedited shipping (UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Service).  Shipping on orders to Canada is $9.99 for the 1st item plus $1.75 per each additional item per order (Budget shipping-Limited or No Tracking) , or $30.00 per order with full tracking.  Shipping other than standard ground is to permanent addresses only, no P.O. boxes.   Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies prior to ordering. 

    2nd Day Service Is Not Available For Jewelry-Allow 7 to 14 Days Delivery Time For Some Jewelry.

    SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OF $75.00 OR MORE. (USA-GROUND)

    If shipping and billing addresses are different, or a P.O. Box address is used, there may be a delay in processing while the address and payment is verified to prevent fraud.  We require some orders to be shipped to a PayPal verified address.

    Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, or within 1 or 2 days depending on the order (weekends and holidays excluded).  Some large orders may take slightly longer.  We ship from our own inventory and also utilize several reputable large and small dropshipping companies.  We try to process each order from the best source to expedite shipping.  If an order is placed late Friday, the order will be delayed due to no processing on weekends.  Obviously, we cannot control delays in the shipping process once the order leaves our distribution center.  Your order can be tracked by using the order tracking link on the website. Tracking codes will sometimes take over 2 days to become active.  This is controlled by the carrier, we cannot speed the process.  We also can provide the tracking number for you to copy and paste on the carriers website.  If you are unable to use the web tracking link, contact us and we will provide the tracking number for you to use the carrier's site. Orders to Canada will not track until the shipment clears customs.  Our records show most USA ground orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days after ordering.  Orders to Canada may take 2 to 3 weeks due to customs delay.

     

    We cannot be responsible for problems with delivery that are out of our control.  We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide.  If an order is reported as not being received by the customer after a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrrier, we cannot be responsible for the order.  We will help file a claim with the carrier for compensation.

     

    We reserve the right to not process any order and refund your payment due to technical or other problems which prevent us from completing the order successfully.  All transactions and refunds are through PayPal.

  10. Does Your Website Have Secure Checkout?
    Yes, we have secure checkout.  Our website is secured by GoDaddy 128 bit encryption.  We use PayPal for our payment processing.  All financial information is processed through PayPal, a trusted name in internet security.  We never see your payment information. When checking out, look for the secure lock symbol at the top or bottom of your web browser. This lock verifies your checkout is secure. Our site is secured by GoDaddy.com, and PayPal is secured by VeriSign.

  11. What if I order a product that is not in stock?
    We keep our inventory updated daily to prevent problems from occuring, but with inventory changing constantly occasionally an order may be placed for an item that has been sold out.  We will notify you with options, including cancellation of your order, shipping a partial order, etc.  If you don't see a product in our inventory, please contact us and we will see if we can locate it.

  12. Do you ship to APO/FPO?

    Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service. The shipping charges are the same as if you are shipping to the USA.

  13. What do fragrance notes refer to?
    Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes." Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.

  14. Why am I not receiving order confirmations in my e-mail
    When an order is placed, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail address in your account. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please check your "spam" box. If you do not receive a confirmation, email us and we will contact you by phone or mail. Our confimations are automatic, so you should receive one by email to the address you provided.  Please provide us with a valid email.  We do not spam our customers with unwanted emails.

  15. How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
    Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.

  16. Are your products fake. Many of your prices are lower than other stores?
    We sell only authentic products, not knockoffs or imitations.  Selling fake products as authentic is not only unethical, it is against the law.  We deal only with reputable major suppliers, who have a long history in business and can be trusted. Our costs are generally very competitive because we don't have the higher cost associated with brick and mortar retailers or even some online stores. We have a basic no frills site, and we also sell for less profit than some are willing to do.  We know there are many places to buy fragrances, so we try to price our products as low as possible to keep you shopping with us.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.

  17. What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
    There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.

  20. What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
    The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency. Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.

  21. What is a tester?

    A small percentage of our fragrances are testers. A tester is a perfume that is shipped to a store so the store has a tool to sell that particular perfume. Sometimes stores are over-run with testers, or a fragrance is discontinued, or there is an over-run at the supplier so these may be bought in bulk. Our testers have not been used.  They have full contents, but some bottles come without caps and boxes, some come without caps and in what are called dummy boxes, or it could be any combination. We ship them as we receive them. A tester does not make a fragrance any less real or authentic, or mean it's out of date, or less of a quality than the shelf bottle. The difference is in the packaging. If you want full retail packaging however, the tester is not the proper product to buy.  Please purchase one of our regular retail products if you desire a retail box.

  22. What is your gift wrapping policy.
    We will gift wrap your order for $3.00. An "order" can contain up to 4 average products. Large products, such as gift sets count as one order.  Your gift is packaged in a white box with red tissue paper and wrapped with a grossgrain ribbon.  Add your greetings or comments to the recipient in the comment section during checkout.
